Developing and implementing quality assurance systems and standards to monitor and improve the quality of academic programs, research, and administrative services.
Conducting regular evaluations of academic programs to assess their relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with the university’s mission and strategic goals.
Organizing and facilitating professional development programs for faculty to enhance their teaching skills, research capabilities, and overall effectiveness.
Evaluating the effectiveness of student support services, such as academic advising, counselling, and career services, and making recommendations for improvement.
Ensuring the quality and maintenance of the university’s physical infrastructure, including classrooms, laboratories , libraries , and other facilities.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Follow up on complaints and suggestions , and record them in an integrated system to facilitate the
process of transferring and coordinating with the concerned
departments to take the necessary actions , then evaluate the solutions and present them to the university presidency.
